سياسة الاسترجاع والإلغاء

في ميلكي كوكيز، نهتم بجودة منتجاتنا ورضا عملائنا.

إلغاء الطلبات

يمكن للعميل طلب إلغاء الطلب قبل البدء في تجهيزه، وذلك بالتواصل معنا في أقرب وقت ممكن.

بعد البدء في تجهيز الطلب، قد لا يكون الإلغاء ممكناً بسبب طبيعة المنتجات الغذائية الطازجة.

الاسترجاع والاستبدال

نظراً لطبيعة منتجاتنا الغذائية القابلة للتلف، لا نقبل عادةً إرجاع المنتجات بعد استلامها لمجرد تغيير الرأي.

في حال استلام طلب غير صحيح أو منتج تالف أو وجود مشكلة في جودة المنتج، يرجى التواصل معنا في أقرب وقت ممكن مع رقم الطلب وصور توضح المشكلة إن أمكن.

سنراجع الحالة ونتخذ الإجراء المناسب، والذي قد يشمل الاستبدال أو استرداد المبلغ كلياً أو جزئياً حسب الحالة.

استرداد المبالغ

عند الموافقة على الاسترداد، تتم معالجة المبلغ من خلال وسيلة الدفع الأصلية متى كان ذلك ممكناً، وفقاً لإجراءات مزود خدمة الدفع.

تختلف مدة وصول المبلغ حسب وسيلة الدفع والبنك.

لا تؤثر هذه السياسة على حقوق المستهلك المقررة بموجب القوانين المعمول بها في دولة الكويت.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Milky Cookies, we care about product quality and customer satisfaction.

Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before order preparation begins by contacting us as soon as possible.

Once preparation has started, cancellation may not be possible due to the perishable nature of our freshly prepared food products.

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns after delivery for a change of mind.

If you receive an incorrect order, a damaged product, or a product with a quality issue, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs where available.

We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, a full refund, or a partial refund, depending on the circumstances.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible, according to the payment provider's procedures.

The time required for the refund to appear depends on the payment method and bank.

Nothing in this policy limits customers' rights under applicable Kuwait consumer protection laws.
