الشروط والأحكام

باستخدام موقعنا وإتمام الطلب، فإنك توافق على الشروط والأحكام التالية.

1. المنتجات والأسعار

• جميع الأسعار معروضة بالدينار الكويتي (د.ك).

• قد تتغير الأسعار والعروض دون إشعار مسبق، ولا يؤثر ذلك على الطلبات المؤكدة سابقاً.

• تخضع المنتجات والعروض للتوفر وإمكانية تجهيز الطلب.

• صور المنتجات للتوضيح، وقد توجد اختلافات بسيطة في الشكل أو التغليف.

2. الطلبات

• يجب تقديم معلومات صحيحة عند الطلب، بما في ذلك الاسم ورقم الهاتف وعنوان التوصيل.

• يمكن للعميل اختيار النكهات المتاحة حسب خيارات المنتج.

• نحتفظ بحق التواصل مع العميل لتأكيد تفاصيل الطلب أو معالجة أي مشكلة تتعلق بتوفر المنتجات.

• إذا تعذر تنفيذ الطلب بعد الدفع، سنتواصل مع العميل لترتيب الحل المناسب أو استرداد المبلغ.

3. الدفع

• يتم الدفع من خلال وسائل الدفع المتاحة عند إتمام الطلب.

• قد تشمل وسائل الدفع الدفع الإلكتروني أو الدفع النقدي عند الاستلام، حسب الخيارات المفعلة في المتجر.

• تتم معالجة المدفوعات الإلكترونية عبر مزودي خدمات دفع معتمدين.

4. التوصيل

• رسوم التوصيل: 0.500 د.ك لكل طلب.

• يعتمد توفر خدمة التوصيل على عنوان العميل ومنطقة التوصيل.

• يتم توضيح تفاصيل التوصيل المتاحة أثناء الطلب.

• يرجى التأكد من صحة عنوان التوصيل ورقم الهاتف.

5. الإلغاء والاسترجاع

تخضع طلبات الإلغاء والاسترجاع لسياسة الاسترجاع والإلغاء المنشورة على موقعنا، مع مراعاة حقوق المستهلك بموجب القوانين المعمول بها في دولة الكويت.

6. حساسية الطعام

قد تحتوي منتجاتنا على الحليب، والقمح، والبيض، والمكسرات، أو مسببات حساسية أخرى.

يرجى التواصل معنا قبل الطلب للاستفسار عن المكونات ومسببات الحساسية. لا نفترض أن المنتجات خالية من أي مسبب للحساسية دون تأكيد.

4. Delivery

• Delivery fee: KD 0.500 per order.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our published Refund & Cancellation Policy, subject to applicable consumer protection laws in Kuwait.
